First District Family Court Services Parent Education
Circunstancias especiales
OnlineParentingPrograms.com is currently set as extenuating circumstances as an online divorce parenting class resource within the state of New Mexico. Please check the surrounding Counties, Court Administrator or Judge specific to your Family Law Case (Santa Fe County, Los Alamos County and Rio Arriba) to verify court acceptance of online parenting education as an alternative if you have been court ordered to take a parenting class (such as the in-person parenting classes listed on the Approved Education Seminars For Separating And/Or Divorcing Parents provider list) within First District Family Court of New Mexico State.
AVISO If an attorney or litigant has concerns specific to the First District and their determination of the need for parenting classes and/or co-parenting classes (in-person or online), they have an opportunity to bring that concern to their judge, who makes the final determination in the form of a Court order. Any request to deviate from the Court's order with respect to cases in Family Court Services would need to be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Family Court Services within the First District (Santa Fe County, Rio Arriba County, Los Alamos County) for parenting program approval prior to taking any online parent education class..
